Famous South African DJ Maphorisa has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend and actress Thulisile Phongolo.
This came after the couple had an argument and according to Phongolo’s statement, Maphorisa became aggressive and slapped her in the face.
He then proceeded to beat her and dragged her to the balcony, where he grabbed her aggressively by the neck and hit her with his elbow.
After he returned her phone, Phongolo called her manager and went to the police station to open a case of domestic violence against the DJ.
